If the vehicle arrives without oil, fill the engine with quality motor oil.
For typical ATVs: Assembly includes mounting all four tires, handlebars, and utility racks (if included). Similar to dirt bikes, smaller parts like foot pegs, mirrors, and gas caps might need installation. The vehicles come with break-in oil, and it’s essential to check the oil level before the initial start-up. If the oil is missing upon arrival, fill the engine with suitable motor oil.
For typical Scooters: Assembly involves attaching the battery, front tire, mirrors, rear storage box, and windshield. Scooters come with oil pre-filled. For typical GoKarts/UTVs/CUVs: Assembly includes fitting tires, seats, top roll cage bars, steering wheels, and various small parts. These units also come with break-in oil, and you must check the oil level before the initial start-up. If there’s no oil in the vehicle upon arrival, fill the engine with appropriate motor oil.

Upon receiving your vehicle, thoroughly inspect the entire unit BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. If you notice any damage, it’s crucial to note it on the delivery receipt and have the driver acknowledge it. (Please do not refuse delivery). Email a copy of the delivery receipt and pictures of the damage to customercare@rebelwestmotors.com as soon as possible. Failing to do so will void the claim. Report any noted damage to Rebel West Motor Power Sports via email within 3 days of delivery.
Please retain the original packing materials for investigation by the shipping company. Take pictures of the damaged vehicle, crate, and cardboard cover, and send them to customercare@rebelwestmotors.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, name, address, phone number, and tracking number.
Replacement part(s) or reimbursement for non-repairable vehicle under warranty will be provided once we receive complete supporting documents for the damage claim, or after the trucking company settles and approves the claim. Remember to keep the shipping carton and its packing materials. If the shipment is damaged by the carrier, Rebel West Motor Power Sports will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Rebel West Motor Power Sports ships vehicle purchases using designated freight companies such as UPS Freight, R&L Carriers, and other bonded transportation firms. Large, fully assembled items are transported via private car carriers.

Delays due to weather, riots, port issues, pandemics, and other unforeseeable events might occur, for which Rebel West Motor Power Sports cannot be held responsible.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, you are responsible for freight charges and restocking fees. A 6% cancellation fee is applicable to orders processed and sent to our warehouses for handling. If the order is canceled after shipping, you will be charged “to and from shipping and handling charges” and up to a 25% restocking fee.
Replacement parts are typically sent out via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided once the items have been shipped.
Vehicle Shipping: Prepare for Delivery! Your vehicle will only be delivered after a signature and inspection. The shipping carriers will contact you 24 to 48 hours prior to delivery to make arrangements. Delivery typically takes 10-14 business days from your order date, depending on assembly options, unit size, location, weather, traffic conditions, and the time of year. Professional LTL trucking companies handle the shipping. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Canada or Puerto Rico. However, we are happy to ship to freight forwarders for orders heading to Alaska, Hawaii, and the Caribbean Islands. Accessories such as helmets will be shipped separately from your vehicle. Returns are typically processed within 10-14 days from the moment they are received at the Rebel West Motor Power Sports warehouse. For orders made via credit card, the refund will be issued within 10-14 business days from the package’s arrival at our warehouse. If you’ve requested an exchange, the return process should be completed, and the exchanged item sent back to you within 10-14 business days from its received date.
Motorized equipment that has been assembled, fueled, or ridden cannot be returned under any circumstances. Damaged motorized vehicles, beyond simple parts exchange, may be returned, but it’s the consumer’s responsibility to securely prepare the item for shipment. We will email a Bill of Lading (BOL) that must be printed and attached to the shipment, with a copy provided to the driver. The freight company will coordinate a pick-up schedule with you. Please note that freight companies will not pick up units that are not properly wrapped and secured to a pallet or skid.
