REFUNDS ON CANCELLED ORDERS

You may cancel your order as long as the order has not been shipped, or the assembly work has not started.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

The customer can request cancel order only if the order within 48 hours of placing the order or if are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 7 business days (FULLY ASSEMBLED AND READY TO RIDE UNITS CAN NOT BE CANCELED) All orders cancelled with the 48 hours will be charged a 6% cancellation fee. Please call us at 800-546-9480 or email customerservice@rebelwestpowersports.com . Once the item is shipped or it is in PREPARING ORDER status, your order cannot be cancelled. If the customer refuses the package, does not accept delivery of is not available to accept delivery the customer understands and agrees they will be charged for ALL SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE’S WE ARE CHARGED BY THE TRANSPORT COMPANIESPLUS A 25% RESTOCKING FEE.

For units we assemble foryou, there is a 25% restocking fee if you need to cancel after assembly work starts. Once your order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled without return charges that we incur. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped, or refuse the shipment you will be charged for all shipping and handling fee’swe are charged plus a 25% restocking fee, plus any storage fees charged by carrier. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your account to be successfully refunded. You will be notified by an email confirmation once refund has been issued.

Please be noted that messages left after hours, or emails sent overnight or on weekends may not get read in time to avoid assembly or shipping costs.  If the customer receives a notice that the cancellation has been accepted and is in the process no further action is required. 

RETURN POLICY AND REFUNDS ON SHIPPED ITEMS 

There is no return on motorized equipment that has been assembled, fueled or damaged by use or abuse. 

If an item arrives with shipping damage, please accept the shipment and as soon as possible send pictures or video to customerservice@rebelwestpowersports.comIf you refuse the shipment due to heavy damage but later we assessed it is not, we keep the right to charge two-way shipping cost plus 25% restocking fee. 

If vehicle is shipped via car carrier, refusal of shipment is not allowed, as the driver will not be back to our warehouse. If there is damage, please take the video and contact us as soon as possible. If you refuse shipment, we may have to dispose the products and result in no refund. 

Claims that a unit was damaged after being unpacked and assembled will be denied. Claims that a unit has been sitting unused and there was hidden damage will be denied after one week from delivery. 

Motorized vehicles that have been damaged beyond simple parts exchange, in the shipping process, may be returned with prior authorization. The item but must be secured for shipment by the consumer and written authorization from Advanti dba Rebel West Powersportsis given prior to an item being returned. 

Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports will send a BOL via email after a scheduled pickup time has been set.  The shipping document must be printed and secured to the shipment and a copy handed to the driver. The freight company will contact you to schedule a pickup. Freight companies will not pick up units that are not wrapped and not secured to a pallet or skid. 

Whenever possible please save the original packing. 

In the unlikely event that a unit was so badly damaged in shipping that it must be returned to our warehouse for inspection, the refund process takes 10 to 14 business days. After inspection, a refund will be issued.   

By agreeing to our terms and conditions you agree to pay 25% restocking fee, and all freight cost including pick up and repackaging, if the returned item is found to be undamaged or Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports finds that there was only minor cosmetic damage that could have been fixed by the parts exchange. Customers may be charged the cost of freight, restocking, and credit card fees.  

Please understand that shipping cost for a vehicle is very expense. At no time will Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports accept a return of a unit because the customer changed their mind, found a minor product damage, or description/picture that was not exact match. 

NO REFUNDS ON ITEMS THAT ARE TOO SMALL OR LARGE FOR THE RIDER 

Please make sure you are ordering the correct size unit or call 800-546-9480 for advice as to the proper size unit. Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports staff will refuse any returned order without prior authorization.  If the item is new, unused, unassembled, and in the factory crate and Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports determines and accepts the return, fees will apply. Freight charges, credit card fees, and restocking fees will apply.  Once received and inspected it will take ten to 14 days to process your refund  

REFUND OR CANCELLATION FOR SLOW OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS 

All delivery times are an estimate and not a guarantee of delivery. Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports will not issue and refund or accept returns on items that take longer than the estimated processing and shipping time. Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports cannot guarantee delivery by a certain day.   

There are several factors that can cause delays, weather, impacted freight systems, holiday traffic all of which are out of Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports control. These circumstances may cause a delay and are not a valid reason to cancel an order.  By agreeing to these terms customers acknowledge that no refund will be issued for slow shipping times.  

LOST SHIPMENTS 

If a shipment is lost or cannot be located by the freight company customer agrees to allow the freight company and Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports to complete the process of dock checks and loss prevention cycle before the order can be canceled. This can take up to five days.  If a shipment is lost by a freight company during transport Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports will issue a refund in full it will take 10 to 14 days to issue a refund.  

REPLACEMENT PARTS AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT 

Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports has the right to go through the companies established process of parts exchange, mechanics advice and manufactures support to correct minor technical and mechanical issues.  When a customer buys online or over the phone customer understands and accepts the terms that they are 100% responsible for the setup and assembly of their unit, Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports will not pay for a mechanic to adjust or repair a vehicle.  

Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports has techs and factory support to correct issues.  Parts are shipped at no charge to customers in these situations. At no time does Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports pay for labor to replace parts or set up a unit. 

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM BECAUSE OF A COSMETIC CHANGE OR CHANGE IN SPECIFICATION   

All pictures are for representation only and actual products may be different. No refunds, full or partial will be issued for a product change instituted by the factory.  Advanti dba Rebel West Powersports attempts to keep the newest pictures and specifications on the site.  Exact colors, graphics package, rim styles, lights, mirrors tire treads all change from time to time.  

USE OF PRE-PAID OR GOVERNMENT BENEFIT CARDS 

Purchases made with government benefits cards, pre-paid debit cards and gift cards will have to be done by check since those cards will not accept a refund through a card payment system.  Please allow 7 to 10 days for your refund to arrive by US Mail.
